What happens
The Winterwonderland ice rink stands on the Raadhuisplein in winter, in the middle of the village. It is built entirely by volunteers, from the Stichting Winterwonderland Zandvoort.
The rink is open every day. This is its fifteenth winter.
There is Disco on Ice, there are curling matches, and every day the smallest children have their own skating session. Parents get a partly covered terrace, and the log cabin serves hot chocolate.
